General Atlantic-owned Actis launched Leo Energies in India, aiming for a portfolio of over 3GW of wind, solar and storage. It has agreed to buy about 650MWp of operating solar across five states under long-term PPAs, marking Actis's fourth Indian renewables platform built through a buy-and-build approach.
