行政院、中小零細企業の転換・高度化条例案を可決 8年で1,000億元、新興企業章を新設

行政院は10月8日、「中小零細企業転換高度化発展条例」草案を可決した。経済部が8年で1,000億元を投じ、「新興企業育成」の章を新設する。研究開発投資の税額控除率は20%に上がり、転換設備の控除の下限額は25万元に下がる。草案は立法院の審議に回る。
Cabinet approves SME upgrade act with NT$100 billion over eight years and a new startup chapter
On October 8 the Executive Yuan approved a draft act on transforming and upgrading small, medium and micro enterprises, with NT$100 billion from the economics ministry over eight years and a new chapter on startup incubation. The R&D tax credit rate rises to 20% and the equipment credit threshold drops to NT$250,000. The bill now goes to the legislature.
