創新板銘柄が初めてワラント対象に 4銘柄14本が10月6日上場

証券取引所は9月30日にワラント制度の見直しを発表し、創新板銘柄をワラントの原資産として認めた。富田や微矽電子など4銘柄が条件を満たし、計14本が10月6日に上場した。発行上限の調整などは3カ月の猶予を経て2027年1月1日に施行する。新興企業向け市場の流動性向上が見込まれる。
Innovation Board stocks become warrant underlyings, with 14 warrants on four names listing Oct. 6
TWSE announced warrant rule changes on Sept. 30 that let Taiwan Innovation Board stocks serve as underlyings. Four Innovation Board stocks qualified, and 14 warrants listed on Oct. 6. Changes to issuance caps get a three-month grace period and take effect Jan. 1, 2027, a step expected to improve liquidity on the startup-oriented board.
