创新板股票首度可发权证，4档14支权证10月6日上市

证交所9月30日宣布权证新制，开放创新板股票作为权证标的，富田、联友金属、熙特尔、微矽电子4档符合资格，共14支权证于10月6日上市。发行额度上限等调整给3个月缓冲，2027年1月1日生效，有助提升创新板流动性。
Innovation Board stocks become warrant underlyings, with 14 warrants on four names listing Oct. 6
TWSE announced warrant rule changes on Sept. 30 that let Taiwan Innovation Board stocks serve as underlyings. Four Innovation Board stocks qualified, and 14 warrants listed on Oct. 6. Changes to issuance caps get a three-month grace period and take effect Jan. 1, 2027, a step expected to improve liquidity on the startup-oriented board.
