創新板股票首度可發權證，4檔14支權證10月6日上市

證交所9月30日宣布權證新制，開放創新板股票作為權證標的，富田、聯友金屬、熙特爾、微矽電子4檔符合資格，共14支權證於10月6日上市。發行額度上限等調整給3個月緩衝，2027年1月1日生效，有助提升創新板流動性。
Innovation Board stocks become warrant underlyings, with 14 warrants on four names listing Oct. 6
TWSE announced warrant rule changes on Sept. 30 that let Taiwan Innovation Board stocks serve as underlyings. Four Innovation Board stocks qualified, and 14 warrants listed on Oct. 6. Changes to issuance caps get a three-month grace period and take effect Jan. 1, 2027, a step expected to improve liquidity on the startup-oriented board.
