台湾証券取引所は2027年1月からイノベーションボード取引時のリスク告知書署名を廃止する。対象は約300万人から1400万超の口座保有者へ拡大。上場企業は30社で、2027年8月までに40社超を目指す。金管会は適格証券会社による上場前増資への参加も解禁し、新興企業とVCの出口が広がる。
Taiwan Innovation Board to drop risk-disclosure signing from 2027, widening eligible investors to 14 million
The Taiwan Stock Exchange will scrap the risk-disclosure form for Innovation Board trading from January 2027, lifting eligible investors from about 3 million signers to over 14 million account holders. The board has 30 listings and aims for more than 40 by August 2027, while regulators now let qualified brokers join clients' pre-IPO capital raises, easing exits for startups and VCs.
