數發部「加強投資AI新創實施方案」放寬資格，在台研發、營收或員工占比達50%以上的境外公司也可獲投。方案截至8月已投資10家，國發基金出資約2.55億元、帶動民間約5.7億元，有助留住赴海外設控股的台灣AI團隊。

Taiwan's digital ministry widened its NT$10B AI startup co-investment plan to offshore companies with at least 50% of R&D, revenue or staff in Taiwan. By August it had backed 10 firms with about NT$255M from the National Development Fund, drawing some NT$570M in private money — a bid to keep Taiwanese AI teams with overseas holding structures in reach.
