國發基金淨值上看4兆元，天使方案已投308家新創

國發會主委葉俊顯表示，以現行股價計國發基金淨值約4兆元。截至7月直接投資120家、金額1,097.78億元，帶動民間5,385億元；天使方案至8月投資308家新創、44億元。台積電股利仍是收益主力，顯示政策基金有餘裕加碼新創。
National Development Fund's net value nears NT$4 trillion; angel program has backed 308 startups
NDC Minister Yeh Chun-hsien put the fund's net value at about NT$4 trillion at current prices. By July it had made direct investments of NT$109.8 billion in 120 companies, drawing NT$538.5 billion in private money; its angel program had funded 308 startups with NT$4.4 billion by August. TSMC dividends remain the main earner, leaving room to do more for startups.
