国发基金净值上看4兆元，天使方案已投308家新创

国发会主委叶俊显表示，以现行股价计国发基金净值约4兆元。截至7月直接投资120家、金额1,097.78亿元，带动民间5,385亿元；天使方案至8月投资308家新创、44亿元。台积电股利仍是收益主力，显示政策基金有余裕加码新创。
National Development Fund's net value nears NT$4 trillion; angel program has backed 308 startups
NDC Minister Yeh Chun-hsien put the fund's net value at about NT$4 trillion at current prices. By July it had made direct investments of NT$109.8 billion in 120 companies, drawing NT$538.5 billion in private money; its angel program had funded 308 startups with NT$4.4 billion by August. TSMC dividends remain the main earner, leaving room to do more for startups.
