由台湾博士周大顺与两名德籍伙伴2025年在柏林创立的NextGO Epi，自称欧洲唯一可量产4吋工业级氧化镓磊晶片业者，7月完成200万欧元（约7,400万台币）Pre-seed轮，用于扩产。公司锁定AI资料中心与电动车电源，近期透过SEMICON Taiwan接触台厂。
Taiwanese-founded Berlin startup NextGO Epi raises €2 million pre-seed for gallium oxide wafers
NextGO Epi, founded in Berlin in 2025 by Taiwanese PhD Chou Ta-shun and two German partners, says it is Europe's only maker able to mass-produce 4-inch industrial-grade gallium oxide epi wafers. It closed a €2 million (about NT$74 million) pre-seed round in July to expand capacity, and targets AI data center and EV power, recently meeting Taiwanese firms through SEMICON Taiwan.
