Fortune reports Raffles Family Office, serving wealthy clients in six Asian cities including Taipei, is preparing for a stablecoin-heavy future: its digital-asset arm Revo won Hong Kong SFC licences in February, and on October 22 it signed a capital mobilization agreement with the Rwanda Development Board.
