Viessmann family buys minority stake in FC Bayern München at €4 billion mark
Viessmann Generations Group is taking a minority position in FC Bayern München AG — 5% at first, rising to just below 6.7% after new shares are issued — at a reported valuation of about €4bn ($4.5bn).
