Salmon, a Philippine digital lender founded in 2022, raised $140 million in additional financing, its second raise in six months and largest in four years, with backers including IFC, ADQ/Lunate and Antler. Disclosed financing now totals about $378 million, with roughly $100 million drawn from a Nordic bond programme. It shows Southeast Asian lenders mixing debt and equity to grow loan books.
