Taiwan was invited to host a dedicated forum at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, where ITRI, Phison and local startups showcased advanced manufacturing and real-world AI. About 15 healthcare, chip and AI software startups exhibited with SMEA support. With this year's theme being AI moving into the physical world, Taiwan's hardware supply chain gives its startups a way in.
