台湾PE協会が国発会と座談、労働年金の国内PE投資と新興運用者枠を要望

台湾プライベート・エクイティ協会は10月13日、国発会の詹方冠副主任委員と座談会を開いた。産業創新条例のパススルー課税を買収・グロース型ファンドに広げること、労働年金が国内PEに少額で試験投資すること、日本型の新興運用者リスト創設を求めた。詹氏は国家発展基金がPEファンドへの直接投資を明確に認められたと説明し、超過貯蓄は25兆元を超えるとした。
PE association presses NDC to steer pension money into local funds and back emerging managers
At an Oct. 13 roundtable with NDC Deputy Minister Chan Fang-kuan, the Taiwan Private Equity Association asked for pass-through taxation to extend to buyout and growth funds, a small pilot allocation from the labor pension fund to domestic PE, and a Japan-style emerging manager list. Chan said the National Development Fund may now invest in PE funds directly, and that excess savings top NT$25 trillion.
